www.dictionary.com will provide any definition you need and even comes with a thesaurus option so that you may also find similar words for all your writing and conversational needs.
It's 'Sam Hill'... the point of the phrase is it is a euphemism, a way of avoiding using the word 'hell' as it is sometimes considered less appropriate.
Euphemism:
The act or an example of substituting a mild, indirect, or vague term for one considered harsh, blunt, or offensive.
If you head over to dictionary.com, I bet you'll be able to figure out what a Jongleur is. And if you choose not to, relyinig on others to fill in the missing pieces for you, well, that's a different problem all together. Either way, good luck. :)
