I think you already know why. posted by: lindy (reply) post date: 05.20.05 (7:18 pm) Reply to: Godsmack We're all naked here, with every word we say. :) posted by: altricial (reply) post date: 05.24.05 (11:10 am) Reply to: lindy There you go again. Why can't you just let people be naked w/o you havin' to get all on about it???!!! posted by: lindy (reply) post date: 05.24.05 (11:22 am) Reply to: altricial Silly woman. Hee hee. I find it remarkable when someone can bare themselves in the face of vulnerability. Some people never learn how to remove so much as a sock and others can stand as proud as the day they were born, as tall as a building. It takes an amazing person to do this and I'm finding sometimes they have no idea how amazing they are. posted by: altricial (reply) post date: 05.24.05 (3:46 pm) Reply to: lindy Ah, but you've been keeping "thejongleur" a secret from me.... You just wanna keep the naked ones for yourself.... I'm onto ya.... posted by: lindy (reply) post date: 05.24.05 (8:30 pm) Reply to: altricial You got me there, Alt. I admit, I have not been forthcoming in sharing this particular artist with others. There are plenty of reasons for that which you may pick up on as you take in the threads. This blog is the real deal and as such demands respect, or at least in my book it does. :) *Pardon me, Jongleur, I seem to have borrowed your comments section as a kind of open forum as it were. No disrespect intended. By the way, Jongleur, meet Altricial, if you please. She is a friend of mine who is capable of formulating articulate thoughts and opinions. :) posted by: altricial (reply) post date: 05.25.05 (3:44 am) *Waves to thejongleur* :oD posted by: TheJongleur (reply) post date: 05.28.05 (1:07 am) Reply to: lindy Please, you may adopt my comments section in any way you wish. Sometimes I rather like the sound silence makes as it.. changes colour. And... on that note.. posted by: TheJongleur (reply) post date: 05.28.05 (1:09 am) Reply to: altricial Hello, there. Thanks for chatting. posted by: juniperflux (reply) post date: 06.03.05 (7:53 pm) Even though I'm thrilled to see your work take center stage on these pages, strangely I feel even more sad for this little fellow now that he's not hiding within the shadows of a slideshow. I may have to start calling him Melvin. posted by: juniperflux (reply) post date: 06.03.05 (7:57 pm) Reply to: lindy I'm getting a kick out of the proper introductions. :) I'd have to agree with your comments regarding TheJongleur being deserving of respect... and although I certainly do not pretend to speak for him, I think he might nod in quiet agreement when I say thank you for your kindness here and elsewhere. You're certainly worthy of a great deal of respect yourself. j posted by: lindy (reply) post date: 06.03.05 (9:53 pm) Reply to: juniperflux Ummm. I had a rather disappointing visit in my blog today by someone called Melvin. He propositioned me and in public. Shame on him for tainting the name for me. Quick, another chapter! (did it work?) Ever hear of 'The Melvins?' As for the kindness stuff... awww, shucks. I haven't done anything against the grain. Just speaking the truth, as you already know. Thank you for the compliment. My eye lids have grown so heavy in this moment that I fear I will write something that doesn't make sense. I'll rejoin after a bit of sleep. Sorry to flake out. posted by: juniperflux (reply) post date: 06.04.05 (3:16 am) Reply to: lindy Yes. We ran across Melvin online the other day too. Most disappointing. I do know "The Melvins" ~ I haven't thought about them in a long, long time. I liked their name before... but I like it even more now. As for another chapter... I just don't know. I have no sense of Melvin actually reaching the moon. For me, it was all about the ladder. Come back to me when you're less sleepy. :) j posted by: lindy (reply) post date: 06.04.05 (5:16 am) Reply to: juniperflux I'm awake! I'm awake! Haha. That wasn't too bad. I usually embarass myself when I'm falling asleep. Strange comments about geese and such happen to pop up. Poor Melvin. A victim of a drive by goosing. Heh. posted by: juniperflux (reply) post date: 06.04.05 (6:48 pm) Reply to: lindy Welcome back! (Note to Jongleur: Sorry, but it's rather appropriate in this case, no??) You see, Lindy, I'm growing rather fond of, Melvin. :) |
