Unfortunately, I'm a bit distracted by the curve of your handwriting. That Y speaks volumes. posted by: TheJongleur (reply) post date: 03.20.05 (11:56 am) Reply to: juniperflux Tell me about 'getting it.' Tell me about heads on (s)pikes. posted by: lindy (reply) post date: 03.20.05 (12:08 pm) I'll take the plunge and open my mouth as I am prone to do. :) Someone got your goat as in... you are angry, and I would go so far as to say perhaps you are angry with yourself. (still) And perhaps that anger led to a decapitation of sorts... your own anger has screwed you, so to speak. (not very eloquent, but it is what I am thinking). :) posted by: juniperflux (reply) post date: 03.21.05 (1:18 pm) Reply to: TheJongleur Well, like Lindy, I read the "someone's got your goat" pun into this drawing. Look what happened to my goat! Aaah. Someone's got it. But. I see it on display, the head of your goat placed on a pike in the center of some 5th grader's model insect collection. A place of curiosity and future study rather than honor or anger. posted by: juniperflux (reply) post date: 03.21.05 (1:26 pm) How horrible it must be to have someone tell you what you've drawn. That said I still rather enjoy the Y. It's a bit longer than it should be... which seems to speak more to your next drawing. |
