Ack! There he is again. Just as I suspected.. the little guy has no mouth. He only has eyes.. watching eyes that have seen a lot. The big and small of it have me puzzled. But there's no surpirse in the on-lookers and picture takers.
After staring at it for a while, I've decided....
yes, this is definitely a human knee coming out of concrete that someone drew eyes on with a marker and the proportions of the people are done with CGI for our benefit. :)
