Yes, in a pen-to-paper, transfer of funds and bullets way.. but also in a call to arms, and spilling of blood kind of way.

As I write, the state of Virginia appears to have done the unconsciounable deed of passing the so-called "defense of marriage" ammendment to the state constitution. Legislating to eliminata a human right ...
Also as I write, we're all waiting to see if the final count will prove Webb winning over Allen. (I've got my fingers crossed, and holding my breath.)
Congress has transformed itself though! I am thrilled, and conspiring to be gracious about finally having my way ... (I'll still press for impeachment hearings.)

*smile* My neck of the woods, being the UK, sadly hasn't been able to help out in the last couple of election nights over there.
Looking at the bbc website, it seems as though things are starting to make sense.
