For what it's worth...

I find it interesting that the aspect of yourself you want people to notice the most, are your eyes, but yet they are closed. Too, the expression is of being pained. This suggests that your pain comes from within, not from without. It is the memories or the expectations which pain you, as opposed to the reality. The fact that you drew your facial scruff, suggests that whatever is bothering you has been bothering you for a time, so I'd go with the memories being the culprit.

I can't help but say that if you truly didn't, you probably should have watched. Perhaps then the pain would instead be anger... and anger is a lot easier to deal with.

If the eyes really are the windows to the soul, then I agree with cutter that there's something to the fact that yours are closed here. Perhaps, it's not so much about what you think others might see in them... maybe it's just that you're still a little afraid to look for yourself.

Personally, I'm all about the single line between the lips. A defining line, some might say. A brave one for sure.

I'm glad there's a #1 next to this one.
Kind of makes it ok to hope for more.

For much of my life a few people I know have always asked my why I keep huffing and sighing. I tell them I'm just breathing.

They're probably right, but for all the wrong reasons.

Once again you pass through here, stopping to place some terribly insightful thoughts for me to find.

As always, sir, honoured by your presence.

"I'm all about the single line between the lips"

I'm so pleased you noticed.
(I knew you would)

Thank you, j.

I worry about them.
*sigh*
Too much glabella, perhaps.

(thank you, L)

I didn't know what glabella was, so I looked it up. Thank you for the new word. I'll be hard pressed to use it in a sentence any time soon. :) I had no idea there was a term for that. You shouldn't worry about your eyebrows, or the space between them (not that my saying so will make a spot of difference) - when I see rare glimpses of your eyebrows, I'm much more fascinated with their shape, as opposed to any slight fraction of difference between how they appear in the mirror, as opposed to how you've captured them for us here. The more I see (the two) of you here, the more things feel better..
