I'm reminded of putting on a pair of warm, toasty socks on a cold night. The floor is cold, but the socks make everything good.

Ah, you came back.
I often wonder what happens to the people that stop by here and talk for a while.

Ta,

When I was a wee boy I would sometimes muster the courage to ask for a pair of slippers for christmas or my birthday. I was told I would never wear them, that they would be a waste of money. I always protested, worried that someone could so readily assume such a thing of me.
One year I got the slippers.

I never wore them, but I've still got them. Just in case.

Did you think I was just a drive-by commentor? Just a one-comment stand? Give me a little credit! I'm not some indescriminate blog commenting whore. LOL I'm selective and unless I have something to add, I won't comment.

Your postings are original and always make me wonder what inspired the drawing and the words...

*smile*

I just consider it good news when I see the same name twice.

Thank you.

oh.. and this drawing was inspired by a girl that does extraordinary things to me.

A girl that does extaordinary things to you is a good thing. Now is this truly a girl or a woman?

hmm.
She is a girl in as much as I am a boy, and a woman in as much as I am a man. Sometimes I need to draw her, or draw bits of her.. even when she isn't there.

for such a seemingly simple drawing it packs a lot of emotion.

I'm glad you like it a little.
Thank you for stopping by, and for leaving me some thoughts.
